Head Chef Chris Cleghorn oversees the kitchen, crafting tantalising tasting menus that draw heavily on high-quality local produce. Opt to indulge in a six or nine-course menu with standout dishes like ‘Smoked Devon eel with Isle of Wight tomato and tarragon’ or ‘Cornish monkfish cooked over coals with Vin Jaune and sea herbs’.
