The Pilchard Press is a private apartment housed in a whitewashed cottage just a few steps from Mevagissey quayside. It sleeps two in a comfortable king bed and has all the equipment you need for cooking a quiet meal in and watching a film in the cosy lounge. Being in the centre of Mevagissey, you have walking access to some good pubs, cafés and the beautiful fishing harbour.
The interiors focus on comfort with licks of designer furniture, making it feel contemporary – we particularly like the chic designer lobby. Bedding is luxurious and the wet room has a rain shower and fluffy towels. It’s bright and airy, but a cosy little hideaway that’s perfect for exploring the meandering streets of this Cornish fishing harbour.
