Located just off Bude’s busy High Street – en-route to Summerleaze Beach, one of North Cornwall's top surfing hotspots – TEMPLE is a popular venue for fashionable young things. What's more, the café also houses its own mini lifestyle store, where you'll find a selection of beautifully crafted items like soy candles and fluffy Nordic socks.
What sets TEMPLE apart from other eateries is its thoroughly modern attitude. In the kitchen, ideas are constantly discussed and developed, while menus change seasonally to include produce that is grown and reared on the venue's doorstep. The kitchen is run by a small, passionate team headed by Craig Treggoning. Over the years, Treggoning has picked up a wealth of different recipes and techniques from all around the world and honed his skills working in London kitchens. Now, he combines this expert knowledge with Cornwall's best produce and organic vegetables sourced from TEMPLE's own kitchen garden.
