This bijou restaurant is the brainchild of chef Harriet Mansell, who crafts impressive tasting menus that sing of the surrounding fields and coastline. It's an elegant affair with green velvet banquettes and touches of the wild, courtesy of woodland sprigs and delicate flower stems. Dishes capture the season’s changing flavours and pair foraged ingredients and Lyme Bay seafood with a glasses of wine from independent vineyards. Ingredients are carefully sourced and gathered from Dorset's natural larder, so expect each plate of food to be beautifully presented and explained over the course of your evening meal.
