Lympstone Manor is a gourmand’s dream. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin Star just six months after opening and each of its three dining rooms are overseen by internationally acclaimed chef Michael Caines MBE. Dishes showcase a modern-European style of cooking, influenced by regional and seasonal produce, and three distinctive menus are available to guests.
Aside from à la carte offerings, you can indulge in the Estuary Tasting Menu for fresh seafood dishes sourced and inspired by the South West. There's also Michael’s Signature Tasting Menu if you're in the market for something extra special.
As well as fine dining, wine forms an integral part of Lympstone’s offerings. Their impressive wine list features over 600 bins, and a state-of-the-art dispense system that enables them to offer up to 24 wines by the glass at any given time. Outside, the vineyard has 17,500 vines of the traditional Champagne varietals (Champagne, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) which are destined to become English Sparkling Wine in the years to come...
