Art Deco Lido, Poolside Café
The Jubilee Pool is the largest sea water pool in the UK: a unique lido situated right on Penzance seafront. Designed in the early 1930s by Captain F Latham, the pool was made to withstand the full ferocity of the Cornish sea, while its sweeping curves and art deco architecture provide a stylish and laid-back venue for swimmers.
The pool is closed during the winter months (open from May to September) but during summer, the Poolside Café is a great spot to grab a coffee – or a craft beer – and take in the panoramic views of Mount’s Bay.
