The family-friendly Hillside Cottage is less than a minute’s walk down to Port Isaac's vibrant harbour. The ground floor is the main hub of the cottage, where you’ll find a stunning handmade kitchen and an open-plan living area decked out by the talented Noushka Design like its sister property Rose Cottage. After a busy day on the coast, it’s the perfect space to unwind and watch a movie or play board games by the fire.
Head upstairs to reach the darling master bedroom, with its elegant double bed and views of the harbour. Elsewhere, there’s a colourful single bedroom and shower room, as well as a dormitory-style bedroom on the top floor with three bespoke-built cabin beds. Guests also have access to a private landscaped rear garden that has been beautifully terraced to provide a practical space for al fresco dining.
Maverick tip
If you pack your walking boots, head west to Port Quin; there’s a spectacular walk along the way and the National Trust-owned cove is a lovely spot for wild swimming or kayaking.
