If you’re looking for a true home-from-home holiday rental in Carbis Bay, Hawkes View has something for everyone in the family. The focal point of this gorgeous three-bedroom house is the stunning sea views and a sun-drenched deck surrounded by beautiful gardens. The huge living area is a peaceful place painted in white with splashes of bright blue throughout, taking advantage of the large windows letting in plenty of natural light. Meanwhile, the modern kitchen and dining room has everything you need to cook up a storm, plus there’s a BBQ and plenty of seating on the deck for an al fresco dining experience. For comfy nights in, there’s a TV with a DVD player and a Bose speaker in the living room, or you can cuddle up for movie night in the lounge, which has a 65-inch Smart TV with a 4K Blu Ray player and an X Box 1 gaming console.
The views from the super king and king bedrooms are equally as breath taking, which is why the owners have thought to put padded window seats in both rooms so you can spend your morning gazing over the sea with a cup of coffee in hand. The third bedroom features twin beds and there are two bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms complete with complimentary toiletries. A travel cot and stair gate can be provided for families travelling with little ones.
Other amenities include a washer/dryer, an outside rotary line and an outside shower for blasting off the sand after a day at one of the five nearby beaches.
Hawkes View is a 10-minute walk to Carbis Bay Beach, while St Ives is within a 20-minute walk along the South West Coast Path. Alternatively, you can drive to St Ives (the house has a parking space for guests) or take a train ride along the coast.
