This charming old farmhouse allows guests to stay at the heart of River Cottage HQ and wake up to far-reaching views across the spectacular Axe Valley.
After capturing the public's imagination on television, the 17th-century longhouse has been sympathetically refurbished with the help of British manufacturers and designers. Inside, the living space has been given a 21st-century makeover while retaining many of its original farmhouse features.
Upstairs you'll find three spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a stylish twin room and a double bedroom with a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with Bramley toiletries and each room offers a pile of specially selected reading materials and a jar of handpicked foliage from the farm. Downstairs, you can kick back in the living room or head into the farmhouse kitchen, with views over the mature walled kitchen garden.
Meanwhile, the adjoining Gardener's Cottage was renovated in 2021 and now features two bedrooms and a shower room, ideal for couples or small families looking for self-contained accommodation.
